After working in several dental practices, DR. SUSEL PEREZ (SPSmile’s CEO) realized that it is not uncommon for patients at dental offices to wait long hours to be seen or to pay excessive fees for services that are not long-term solutions for their problems or that simply fall below the standards of quality. She has also observed that occasionally the staff would not treat the patients with the kindness and patience they deserve. Taking these observations into consideration, it became a dream and a personal goal for DR. SUSEL PEREZ to find solutions for these issues. This is why she decided to approach the practice of dentistry on her own terms. As a result, SPSmile was created to serve its patients guided by the following principles:
